well lets see go grab an ice cube from your freezer. pour some salt on it (and then put it back in the freezer). why back in the freezer because your pipes cant freeze unless the temp is keeping them frozen. So how long did it take the salt to crack,melt and or break the ice cube. not working is it. didn't think so. you have to heat up your pipes to get them to thaw. once they start thawing, running hot water should help if you even can or should i say when your able to do so.
