Hitez 12/10/2009 7:40:05 AM 0 votes I do not know for sure, but dull or brown blood is usually "old" blood, you could have some type of cyst in your throat, or maybe you got a minor bloody nose and residual blood still in your throat comes up when you cough? I would see a doctor for sure!
