call a plumber and have them snake your drains. if there is water in the sink you can temp fix that by taking the U trap off the plumbing below the sink.(make sure you use a bucket to catch all the water).as for temp causing these issue's only thing that come's to mind is you might have some frozen pipes or partially frozen. is there a crawl space under your house a basement or are you on a slab? your plumbing cant freeze unless its below 30 degrees. basement shouldn't be able to do that unless its winter and you don't have heat.
